This policy explains, in plain terms, what personal data Teknoble handles, why we handle it, and how we keep it safe. If anything here is unclear, email us at contact@teknoblegh.com and we will be glad to explain.

Who we are

Teknoble is a software engineering firm based in Ghana. We build, host and support the Erudite Suite and provide software development, training and consulting services.

The data we handle

We handle personal data in two very different situations:

• When you contact us. If you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive what you choose to share, which is typically your name, email, organisation and message. We use it only to reply and, if you ask, to arrange a demo.
• On behalf of our clients. The Erudite Suite holds data that institutions enter about their applicants, students, staff and operations as the case may be. That data belongs to the institution; we simply store and process it on their instructions so the software can do its job.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and set up demos.
• To run, host, maintain and support the Erudite Suite.
• To keep our systems safe and maintain audit trails.
• To meet our obligations to the institutions we work with.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where it is needed to provide the service, for example:

• Banks and post offices that sell admission forms and collect fees through our integration APIs, at an institution's direction.
• The SMS and email providers used to deliver notifications on an institution's behalf.

How we keep it safe

The Erudite Suite runs on secure servers we operate. Access is provided over a dedicated Virtual Private Network (VPN) that carries only Erudite traffic, and the software enforces role-based permissions and detailed audit logging. We take regular backups and apply reasonable measures to protect the data in our care.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed to provide the service and meet our commitments to the institution it belongs to. Data held on behalf of an institution is kept and removed according to our agreement with them.

Your choices

If your data sits inside the Erudite Suite, the institution that entered it is the right place to ask about access, corrections or removal and we support them in handling those requests. For anything you sent us directly, email contact@teknoblegh.com and we will help.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme, so the site remembers it on your next visit. That preference stays on your device and is never sent to us.

If we update this policy, the latest version will always be here, with the date shown at the top.
